We offer month-to-month subscription plans for maximum flexibility.

All the text and imagery you use for your eStore will contribute to your storage usage, including blog article content, course descriptions, course imagery, etc.

You can upgrade to the next tier to get more storage. If you need more than 10 GB, contact us for a custom quote.

Unfortunately, this is not part of our New RTO Offer. However, this can be purchased as an add-on.
Absolutely! You can upgrade to the next tier to get additional storefronts. Contact us for a custom quote if you need more than five storefronts.

A product in the eStore can be a unit or qualification. Only products labelled as ‘active’ contribute to your subscription product count.

You bet! eSkilled eStore is hosted on Amazon Web Services for secure data hosting.

None! What you see is what you get: one low monthly subscription fee. We can provide guidance or personalised training on setting up your storefront at an additional cost. However, many customers prefer to set up their eStore using our comprehensive Help Centre.

Training, Set-up & Onboarding

Absolutely! We’d be happy to assist and can provide a custom quote for this, depending on the size of your training offering. While we can assist with the set-up, your team needs to provide us with all the assets, such as course imagery, course descriptions, etc.

The eSkilled eStore is intuitively designed, and setting it up is straightforward. Our comprehensive Help Centre will provide you and your team with detailed, step-by-step instructions on all facets. However, you can purchase extra training if required. If you’re a new SMS and/or LMS customer, you can use some of your onboarding support hours towards eStore training.

None! The first monthly payment on your annual subscription plan will get you immediate access to your eStore.

Integration

We currently offer WorldPay and Stripe as payment gateways. Apple Pay and Google Pay are on the development roadmap, so stay tuned for their release. You can set up and manage structured payment plans within the eSkilled Student Management System (SMS).
Absolutely! You can integrate Xero with your eStore by setting it up in eSkilled SMS. Payments are managed in your SMS, and store transactions will be synced with both Xero and your SMS.

The eStore itself doesn’t. However, eSkilled SMS has an API that enables you to connect all your essential business apps.

Yes, using the eSkilled SMS API!

eStore is a stand-alone website. However, you can customise the main menu items and footer links to enable users to navigate the rest of your website seamlessly. You can also change the domain/URL to match your website for a more seamless user experience and added trust signal.

Syncing with eSkilled SMS

Add the eSkilled SMS token code to the respective field in the Store Settings area under the SMS Settings tab. This is usually handled by our team, but clients may contact us for assistance with integrations. You can also visit our comprehensive Help Centre for a tutorial on how to do this.

eSkilled SMS does not contain course product information, so you need to enter this into your eStore instance.

Product Information

Unfortunately, not. You must have eSkilled SMS to access eStore functionality. However, the great news is that LMS users can easily get an affordable SMS subscription anytime. Contact us for pricing.

Not currently. However, you can group the products with the course, adjust the price in your student management system, and sell them as a bundle. This feature will be coming soon, so stay tuned!
You can, but there are some limitations. Users can add any number of additional pages for company information, terms and conditions, privacy policies, team information, blogs, and more. This is a great option for newer or smaller training organisations that don’t have complex requirements, a need for many pages, or advanced styling and layout requirements.

Tracking Pixels / Tracking IDs

The eSkilled eStore supports the following tracking pixels and IDs:

Different platforms track different actions, such as the number of webpage visitors, visitor locations, time on page, conversion actions (e.g., enquiring or signing up for a course), and number of clicks. It’s best to check with the respective platform you’re connecting to eStore to determine what information will be collected.
Your tracking pixels’ data will be displayed in their respective platform, not eStore. For example, if you’ve connected the Google Analytics 4 tracking pixel, you’ll be able to see eStore visitor data in your GA4 app.

Courses and Course Calendars

Course information is added in eStore and can easily be formatted using the editor or HTML. You can add product descriptions, delivery modes, course duration, included units, and more. Visit our Help Centre for more information on adding course information.

Absolutely! You can embed this using an iframe, a snippet of HTML code, into any one of the product fields in the eStore back-end. Various fields for Product Description, Delivery Mode, Course Duration, Product Details, Entry Requirements, and Units have a formatting toolbar and HTML editing capabilities.

You can embed course calendars onto new webpages created in the eStore back-end and blog posts. Unfortunately, you cannot embed the course calendar onto the category or course pages.

eSkilled SMS enables various course calendar variations, including a single product or other program variations. You can easily embed any course calendar and course list from eSkilled SMS onto a new page or blog post.

Technical Information

The eSkilled team handles your eStore hosting on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a cloud hosting service. Our infrastructure is ISO-certified to ensure your data is safe and secure.
You bet! The app front-end and back-end can be accessed anywhere, anytime, from any device.
Your data is secured on AWS servers located in Sydney, NSW.
Yes, it is! We back data up every two hours to minimise any risk of losing data.
